Au\u00f0ur is an attorney licensed to practice before the District Court. She holds a BA and a ML degree from Reykjavik University.<\/p>\n

Au\u00f0ur is an expert in contract drafting and has been involved in numerous negotiations and agreements related to the purchase and sale of companies. Additionally, she specialises in software, intellectual property, and construction contracts. Au\u00f0ur possesses extensive knowledge in labor law and corporate law, providing strategic advice to shareholders, boards, and company executives. Her services to individuals include financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, real estate matters, employment law, shareholder issues, and contract drafting. She is highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.<\/p>\n

Since 2012 Au\u00f0ur has been a partner at LOCAL Attorneys. She has broad experience in the business world, serving on the boards of various companies, from small startups to a major international software firm and a financial institution. Furthermore, she has lectured on corporate governance and board responsibilities at the University of Iceland and Akademias, and she has contributed to courses for real estate and vessel brokers at the Continuing Education University of Iceland.<\/p>\n

Au\u00f0ur\u2019s list of hobbies is extensive, and she has a passion for activities that require GORE-TEX attire, such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, salmon fishing, hunting, and golf. She has completed marathons and participated in Ironman and Landv\u00e6ttir challenges.
